Is there an way to leave messages for oneself for the next time a computer starts up?

Yeah, I'm forgetful so I don't really remember things that I tell myself that I need to do the next day. I was just wondering if there was anything on Windows XP that had this sort of function to sorta leave reminders to do things for myself next time I turned on the computer (setting times works too)
