Torn ACL as a gymnasts have you ever torn your ACL and how long were you kept away from sports/ work or stuff?

I tore my ACL doing my dismount off bars at a gymnastics competition on April 1st (just my luck) it was the first event and also my ast (I did pull off a third place on bars though) I had the surgery on 6/6/07 and my therapist say sthat progress is coming along a lot faster than expected but she says its good so does that mean that I will be back to gymnastics sonner than 6-8 months. I was also talking to someone who knew someone who was back to sports after 3 months so if you have ever had this before I was just curious how long it took to recover and how long you were out of your sport and how you did it..so if you have any info about torn ACL's and the recovering time I would LOVE to know thanks so much! If you are a gymnasts and have done this how long were you out for and how ard was it to go back and get back into things? Any information at all (websites stories anything would be greatly appreciated) Thank you SO much! Would being a gymnast be a reason why I am healing faster???

I Am Very Worried About My Tonsils!?

I am 12 years old and i have had 1 swollen tonsil on the left side of my mouth and its been there im sure over 6 months or so! Every time I tell my mom she just tells me to go gargle with salt water. My throat is sore very rarely but, my mouth is dry and just, ugghh gross in the morning but i believe that's normal. She says that we are going to go to the doctor tomorrow so ya. im just wondering if you guys have any comments about this. i have been very worried about this but no else has except 1 person. I have been coughing a lot to cause of, i think flu season or something. But I also see little Crater type things and it is very tender. 7th Guest or Myst-Like games on Xbox?

What do you do when custodial parent will not submit any income for purposes of needing a modification?

My husband needs to modify child support , the amount is literally 50% to much, the custodial parent refuses to give any income and has reported there is none to my husband, Need to do this ASAP . Is there a way to get that info . or would he just put 0 on her income . Also with 0 income does she still get credit for support of other children and insurance?

Are you planning to move to India to live there and then buy a tarantula ? Because if you want to buy a tarantula in India and bring it back home then it is quite risky. You would have to leave the tarantula in quarantine for a few months to make sure it isn't carrying diseases like rabies ! If it is carrying any diseases it will probably be put down. It would be safer to buy one from a person who lives in the same country as you live in and make sure that they are LICENSED to sell tarantulas !

Can the TSA make me remove my socks?

I always remove my shoes and wear my socks through a checkpoint because I am self conscious of my feet and have never been asked to remove my socks. Today at a TSA checkpoint, a male TSA guard asked me to remove my socks so that he can see my feet and make sure I wasn't hiding anything in my socks. I didn't set off any alarms and he made it sound like it has always been required to remove both your shoes and socks at checkpoints. Is there a way I can request a female guard privately watch as I remove my socks and allow me to put them back on after she confirms I'm hiding nothing in my socks? I think this male guard had some kind of foot and am not comfortable walking around in public barefoot and as I said, I have never been asked to remove my socks before and I fly often. Are you really required to remove both your shoes and socks? I've seen plenty of people who remove only their shoes and I've even done it and until now, I never have been asked to remove my socks.

If enough the Hcg hormone is there, it would show pos. But if you're feeding, you're body is still making that hormone. So you could easily get a false pos. Also you're body can get preg after 6 weeks. The only way to know for sure would be to go to a doc.
