Is there a fee for failing the smog test in Ca, and if so how much is it??? I have a 88 honda accord.?

I don't believe there's a "fee" for failing a smog test, but you may need some work on your car in order to p the smog test. I would think you'd be charged for another test as well as the work on your car that needs to be done to correct the problem with your catalytic converter
