Is it immoral to have more than one girl friend?What is the best way to keep everyone of them happy??

I am talking about a rlationship in which a male is in love with more than one girl, what should he do????? should he tell them that he is datin more than one, or he should hide...???? he loves all of them, so ifficult to select anyone of them.
