Please, does anyone know this man? it's important.?

Try looking on facebook.com for him. Ask ur family and friends if they know where he is,even get a phone book from Illinois and look his name up,then start calling all the guys with his name and see which one he is. Maybe even ask the police station in Illinois if they know where and who he is. GOOD LUCK!!!
