Internet filter for myself?

How can I keep myself from visiting ographic sites without an accountability program with someone else? Any filter I install I can byp at will. Ideally, the filter would have a twenty four hour delay-- after I try to disable the filter I have to wait an entire day to rethink my decision and control my desires.
