Are legskins now going to be banned from competitive high school swimming (CIF)?

You know now that FINA is making all these crazy rules about what swimsuits are legal and which ones are not I was wondering if CIF would be changing there rules and if so does that mean that DIANA Submarine Cyclone are now illegal?
