Hard line Department Head for Pike Nurseries ? Help please!! ?

Ok so i recently was laid off and have been putting my resume on career builder....well I recieved and email about a job for a Hard-Line department head for Pike Nurseries I know this is a landscaping store. The thing im really wanting to know what exactly would I be doing if I was a Hard-Line Department Head. Is it really just a really big name for a shift supervisor? I have a lot of sales experience and I do really well in interviews, just want to be as prepared as possible for this interview. So does anyone have any clue what a Hard-Line Department Head is?
