GIRLS: Is it possible for you to get jealous that a GUY is better looking?

My gf acts really jealous of me. I have wealthy parents and everything but that's not the only reason. She's constantly saying things like, "How come your hair looks so good and mine doesn't." Or, "Why do you look good sleeveless and I don't?" At first I thought she was fishing for compliments but lately she's acting more and more jealous. Is that even possible or is there something else going on???
