I'm a 16 yr old male, 6'1, who weighs 190 lbs. Can I lose 10 lbs in a month?

Thank God, a non- question! Keep up the jogging and all that, but eat your daily meals in decreasing size. Big breakfast, good size lunch and small dinner. Actually, try to have a dinner-style lunch (steak and big salads). Snack only on nuts, raisins, etc. and drink lots of water. Getting your waterworks going really helps. But since you're only 16, focus more on definition and fitness, rather than the actual pound count, because your weight's going to fluctuate so much with your bones still growing and getting denser.
