Could anyone please tell me if this is a healthy diet?

Sounds great except for one thing the sugar-free part. Studies show artificial sweeteners can cause an increase to your appetite. instead of splenda (sucralose) or sweet n low (aspartame) try stevia or truvia ( same thing) vitamin water ten is made with stevia. Its really sweet doesn't cause hunger pains or any of the other nasty side effect. if you have some fruit cornstarch and stevia you can make you own sugar- free fruit spread! take as many berries as you want and put them in a pot stir heat on medium high until fruit has broken down ( the fruit should be mushy)and there is juice in the pan( the juice is important be sure not to cook it out ) add cornstarch one teaspoon at a time until fruit is desired thickness add stevia and enjoy
