Is there a way to make ordenary bakeing potatos good to eat and krispy?

The secret to making good homemade fries is to fry them twice! The first time you fry them in moderately hot oil. Do not brown. Drain. Turn up the heat on the oil and fry the second time in hot oil. Fry until crisp and brown. They will puff out! This is normal. Drain. Eat immediately Happy eating!
